Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. In case of stock shortages or issues during order preparation, the customer will be notified via the provided email.
2. Shipping Methods, Areas and Delivery Times
We ship to the United States only. Available shipping method: Standard Shipping: 10 to 14 business days after processing. The indicated timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors (logistics operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond Technofixx's control).
3. Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available on all orders — no minimum required.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. If you do not receive this email after the maximum processing time, please contact contact@technofixx.com.
5. Deliveries and Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or failed delivery, reshipping will require payment of additional shipping costs. Once the order is in transit, it is not possible to modify the shipping address. However, you can update your shipping address only if your order has not yet been processed by contacting us as soon as possible.
6. Domestic Shipping Only
We ship within the United States only. No international orders or customs duties apply.
7. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments

If you notice visible damage to the packaging or signs of tampering, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt and document the issue with photos of the package and label. 9. Cancellation Before Shipment
